Policies and Shipping
Policy:
Turnaround Time: My goal is to offer the fastest shipping possible. But now that I have been in business long enough I have found that there are other things that are important too. One of those is high quality products.
So for a policy, even though I am in the process of revamping my procedures and products...I am going to keep shipping turnaround time at 2 weeks. Many times it will be much faster then that, but there are times it will take up to the 2 weeks for the shipping notice to go out.
I am one person. I do have help a couple times a week from my husband, but for the most part, I am the creator, packager, shipper, and customer service for DreamWorld. I do the best I can, and had no idea that I was being negligent in notifying customers...but that will now change. I am in the process of setting up different programs to prevent any delay and to increase knowledge to my customers.
Returns: I do not accept returns on my products. But for this reason, I do offer reasonably priced samples in all of my products. There is enough there to give you the opportunity to try out my shadows, cheek colors, top coats, and other products to see if you like them or not.
If I make a mistake and send the wrong product, by all means let me know so I can get the right product out to you in the mail.
I have tried to get an accurate picture of all of my products here on the website, but as we all know, depending on computers and lighting, the pictures may look different. For this reason, along with the others I have mentioned, I again encourage everyone to take advantage of my samples before buying full sized products.

Special Formulations:
I no longer do special formulations. As I have gotten busier it has been harder and harder to keep up with my regular products without adding special formulations to the mix.
But I do take suggestions on what ladies would like to see. Many times you will see these in the future as I do listen closely to everything you say ,but as with everything...they take time.

Privacy:
When I was growing up, my dad had a saying that I was raised by and still follow to this day,
"Everybody's business is nobody's business."
This is how I run my company and guard your privacy, so needless to say, your privacy is a very big concern of mine. I would never give out any information you have entrusted to me.
I can honestly tell you that the only time I will use your email address or home address is to send the package to you and send the email to let you know the package is on its way.
If you have placed a special order, I may communicate with you through the email as needed, but again, that will be the end of it.
All info will be destroyed safely when I am no longer using it.

Payments:
From the time you place your order you have 24 hours to change or cancel your order before we start processing it.
I will be adding credit cards to my shopping cart in the near future, so keep watch for this change....
DreamWorld Minerals accepts money orders, personal checks, paypal, and cashier checks.
With the personal check, please send it to P.O. Box 84, Rew, PA, 16744. I will have to wait until it clears to send out the products, but as soon as it does clear, they will be in the mail.
With the money orders, paypal, and cashiers check, the products will go out immediately per my policy of waiting 24 hours so you can make changes to your order if you want to .
If you use an E check, again, I will have to wait until it clears, then the products will go out in the mail.
If I have a returned check, there is a $30.00 fee. I'm sorry it is so much, but that's how much my bank charges.

Shipping:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING
Because of recent events, I have had to put some new policies into place. They aren't my favorite thing to do, but for the survival of DreamWorld they have had to happen.
Some of these apply to US customers, some to my Overseas customers, and some to both.
1. IF you placed an order and are paying through paypal, please make sure that it goes through. If, when I check for payment, and there is none the order will be deleted, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you feel for some reason that it might not have gone through, then by all means contact me.
2. IF you wish to order but pay with check or money order, then please forward me the order. I have no way of knowing what you have ordered because the shopping cart will not show it to me without paying by credit card and paypal. Thank you so much for doing this.
3. If you are an INTERNATIONAL customer, and you choose First Class International for you samples...I will replace them one time. IF they do not reach you then I will not replace the second time. For full sized products...I have thought long and hard on what to do for this...I understand that you want the cheapest shipping possible...and you want your products to get to you safe and sound...so again, I will replace the product one time. But when I replace it, it will be sent Priority International mail with the replacement, which the customer is responsible for paying only after 6 weeks has gone by to make sure the first package doesn't reach there. My fear is this..if the first package didn't reach the customer by FCI the first time, why would it reach there the 2nd time that way. This will also protect the customers order...because I can then insure it and you will be guaranteed the order.
4. If you choose FCI shipping and your package weight is more than what you paid for, I will invoice you for the rest. At the present time I will not hold up your package, but when someone decides not to pay me then packages will be held up until the extra is received. I hope that won't become necessary.
US: All packages will be shipped via priority mail. It is the fastest, most inexpensive way to ship, especially with the one size box ability. But I have added a first class shippage for the samples only...And by samples I mean the samples I have on my website....If you have ordered anything full sized you will have to pick the option for that...and that includes the brushes. They are considered a full size product. I will send the brushes in a box only. I want to insure their arrival to you in perfect condition.
If your package is damaged in the mail, let me know right away. I need to get you a new package out and contact the post office.
If you find that your product has been damaged, again, let me know right away, so I can get you out new product.
Overseas: I will ship the most inexpensive way possible. But no matter what, the overseas cost is very expensive, and will take 2 to 3 weeks for the product to reach you. Since my shopping cart is up...I have been able to get online to figure out some of the shipping costs...In each category I have chosen the online price, which is less expensive, but no matter what you choose, the shipping will be very expensive for my international customers. I wish I had more control over the cost of shippage but I don't and for that I am sorry.
There is a variety of shipping methods to choose from, and there are some set up for just samples. If you have a full sized product or a brush, then please don't choose this one.
And as happens with most things, depending upon the weight of the package, if it is heavy, and the shippage is more than planned, I will send you an invoice for the rest of the shippage price. I will need that paid before I am able to send out the package.
I will replace lost packages one time and one time only. If they are samples they will be shipped out again FCI at my cost. IF they are are FULL SIZES, then I will resend Priority International at the customers cost, with Insurance , so that the order can be tracked and have a safe arrival to the customer.
To better help my international customers, I have added a first class international shipping for full sized products...based on weight. Please understand that if you choose to ship this way , I can not be held responsible for your packages. Once they leave my shop, then they are in the hands of the mail service of the US and your home country. There have been instances where the package has never reached the customer and I am truly sorry for that. I have replaced them up to now, but I just can't continue to do so. I is written above but I have been most lenient to this...but will not be able to any longer. Please consider seriously before making this choice. But if you choose to make this choice, I will tell you the weight of what you are buying...and please choose the correct shipping price. IF it is more, then I will go ahead and have to charge you for the extra before the package is shipped. Thank you for your understanding in this....
A giant foundation (filled) is 3.3 oz.
A dwarf foundation (filled) is 1.4 oz
A 20 gm. jar (filled) is 0.9 oz
A 10 gm jar (filled) is 0.6 oz
A 5 gm jar (filled) is 0.3 oz.
Sample of cleanser, shampoo (filled)are 0.7 oz.
Sample of oils (filled) are 1.5 oz.
Full size oils (filled) are 0.6 oz.
Hair oil is in a 2 oz bottle
Full size shampoo is in a 8 oz bottle
Full size cleansers are in 4 oz bottles.

Handling Charges:
There will be handling charges for each order, but they will be built into the shipping fee. So if your shipping fee seems rather high, please understand that there is a handling fee there also.
